The Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana's 6th Annual Empty Bowls event has been rescheduled for Saturday, March 26th from 11 AM - 1 PM.
As of today, Empty Bowls 2022 is being planned to be in-person, with guests enjoying food, art and music in the Monroe Civic Center. With the $40 all-inclusive event ticket, guests can choose a beautiful bowl to take home as a reminder of all of the empty bowls in our community. We'll have a tasting from 10+ local restaurants. The Toc-Toc Troubadours will be playing music that is sure to entertain. Ceramicist Alyssa Guidry will once again do a live wheel throwing pottery demo. Talented local artist Leigh Buffington will be creating a large landscape painting in oils during the event, which will be part of the silent auction that also includes a variety of art and gift items.
TICKET OPTIONS:
$40 ticket includes handmade bowl
$20 ticket includes event and food only
$10 ticket for children age 4-12 (event and food only)
Kids 3 and under get in free
Thanks to the generosity of our local artisans, Empty Bowls ticket holders will get to take home a beautiful, handcrafted bowl.

Each Empty Bowls ticket purchased will help the Food Bank provide about 120 meals to children, families and seniors who face hunger in our community. Thank you!!
The Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana serves a 12 parish region. Over 66,000 people in our area struggle with hunger, a number that includes over 24,000 children. Thanks to generous community support, the Food Bank is able to provide over 7 million pounds of food annually through our network of programs and community partners.
